KCMG set for Asian Le Mans LMP3 title decider at Sepang

Following a dominant performance in Buriram last month, KC Motorgroup Ltd. (KCMG) travels to Malaysia to challenge for Asian Le Mans Series’ LMP3 title at Sepang International Circuit this weekend (February 3-4). The Hong Kong-based outfit’s formidable lineup comprised of Josh Burdon, Louis Prette and Neric Wei are primed for a thrilling finale as they head to the Asian series’ final event with a one point lead from Jackie Chan DC Racing’s #6 LMP3.

The trio will show no signs of complacency throughout the race weekend as the LMP3 title that comes with the much-coveted 24 Hours of Le Mans entry are on the line. After clinching class pole and taking a lights to flag victory during the 6 Hours of Buriram at Chang International Circuit, KCMG is once again looking to deliver the same top results with their iconic blue and white liveried #18 Ligier. Ultimately, the team is set for a Le Mans comeback if things go their way at Sepang this weekend.

The 6 Hours of Sepang will be streamed live online through Asian Le Mans Series website: http://www.asianlemansseries.com and social media platforms. Qualifying (LMP2, LMP3 and CN class) will start at 17:00 local on Saturday (February 3), while the 6 Hours of Sepang gets underway on Sunday (February 4) at 13:00 local.
