After claiming the championship title in Zhuhai last month, KC Motorgroup Ltd. (KCMG) is primed to seal Asian Formula Renault Series’ 2015 season on a high note this weekend. The remaining two rounds of the Asian series will witness BlackArts Racing by KCMG driver Dan Wells tackle the much anticipated season finale at Shanghai International Circuit.

The British driver, who was crowned AFR champion this season, will be joined by newcomer Alan Li in the series’ final event at the famed F1 track. KCMG is looking forward to be back in one of China’s most arduous tracks, which features a highly technical configuration and where the Hong Kong-based squad undoubtedly dominated back in July with a double victory by Wells.

Alan Li: “It will be my first outing with KCMG and I’m excited to join and represent a winning team in Asian Formula Renault’s finale in Shanghai. It will be both an intense and interesting experience for me and I’m looking forward to deliver positive results throughout the weekend.”

Dan Wells: “I’m looking forward to the final race weekend of the season. It seems to have gone by very quickly, but I will be sure to enjoy my last outing in the Formula Renault 2.0 car. I’m also happy to be running with Graham branding on my car once again as in Zhuhai. Bring on the weekend!”

John O’Hara, KCMG Deputy Managing Director: “After an impressive first season competin in Asian Formula Renault, the team is aiming to bring down the curtain on the championship’s 2015 season with victory. As we return to one of motorsport’s most iconic venues in China, we’d like to seal this season by putting KCMG on top of the podium once more this year.”
