KCMG has confirmed Giuliano Alesi as the driver of car No. 9 for the second official test of the 2026 SUPER FORMULA Championship, scheduled to take place at Fuji Speedway on 30 June and 1 July.
Alesi has achieved success across a variety of racing categories, including a SUPER FORMULA victory in just his second start in the series at Autopolis in 2021. He has also been competing in SUPER GT’s GT500 class since 2021, and has secured three wins in the championship. Thanks to these achievements, KCMG has decided to run Alesi for the important upcoming test, although the driver line-up for the next race weekend, also at Fuji Speedway, will be announced in due course.
Following a difficult opening four rounds of the 2026 season, the team will continue working hard to improve its performance for the remainder of the campaign. We appreciate your continued support.
