Following a month’s hiatus from Japanese formula racing, KCMG heads to the scenic foothills of Mount Fuji as Super Formula’s third round gets underway at Fuji Speedway from July 13-14. After making encouraging headway at Autopolis in June, KCMG Super Formula driver Richard Bradley is looking forward to challenge for championship points on Fuji’s 4.56km track this weekend.

Along with the entire KCMG crew, the 21-year-old British driver is primed for another solid battle against other competitors who are vying for Super Formula’s championship title. As Bradley’s blue and white Swift FN09 undergone extensive development during the Japanese series’ month-long interval, the team is confident that further progress is at hand. More so, Bradley has delivered strong results on the Fuji track during Super Formula’s pre-season testing in March.

Richard Bradley, Super Formula Driver: “I’m really looking forward to this race as we were strong in testing here and the car and myself have improved since then. It will be a lot easier coming to a track I’ve been to before so I am confident of a strong result.”

Ryuji Doi, KCMG Japan General Manager: “We have made encouraging progress last time in Autopolis and Richard has already shown versatility in different track conditions. Competing in Fuji is something that we immensely look forward to as this is a great circuit and a venue where we have excelled most during pre-season testing. We are set to vie for positions at the front and to gain championship points over the weekend.”
